資料來源與計算方式

這裡的每一個水情數字都來自經濟部水利署的開放資料。本站只負責整理、計算與畫圖，不修改原始數值。

資料來源

水庫水情資料（逐時）：有效蓄水量、水位、進流量、出流量。
水庫每日營運狀況（每日）：有效容量、滿水位、呆水位，以及前一日的進出水量與集水區雨量。
水庫基本資料：所在地、河川、壩型、壩高、集水面積與管理機關。
水庫集水區即時降雨量（逐時）。

此開放資料依政府資料開放授權條款 (Open Government Data License) 進行公眾釋出，使用者於遵守本條款各項規定之前提下，得利用之。

數字怎麼算

蓄水率＝有效蓄水量 ÷ 有效容量。水位高於滿水位時，蓄水率會超過 100%。
全台與各區蓄水率依容量加權：把有回報蓄水量的水庫蓄水量相加，再除以它們的有效容量總和。小水庫不會因為滿了就拉高全台數字。
24 小時變化：最新一筆與約 24 小時前那一筆的差。上游資料不足 24 小時時，會直接標出實際間隔。
剖面圖：垂直方向依滿水位、呆水位與目前水位的標高繪製；水平方向與壩體形狀是依官方壩型畫的示意，不代表實際寬度。
攔河堰以水位與流量為主，沒有蓄水率。

多久更新一次

水利署的逐時資料大約每小時更新，每日營運資料由各管理單位每天上午登錄，週末的資料可能延到週一。本站最多每 10 分鐘向水利署取一次資料；每一座水庫都會標出它自己的資料時間，上游時間晚於現在或資料太舊時也會註明。

限水與水情燈號

限水、減壓供水等水情燈號，請以經濟部水利署的公告為準。本站刻意不用綠、黃、橙、紅表示蓄水率，避免和官方燈號混淆。

本站沒有帳號、廣告、cookie，也不使用任何分析或追蹤工具。收藏的水庫、外觀與語言設定只存在你的裝置上（瀏覽器的本機儲存空間），不會傳到本站或任何第三方；清除瀏覽器資料就會一併刪除。

網站由 Cloudflare 代管。你連線時，IP 位址等連線資料會由 Cloudflare 依它的隱私權政策處理（例如阻擋攻擊）；本站不另外收集、保存或分析這些資料。

Data sources and method

Every figure on this site comes from open data published by Taiwan's Water Resources Agency (Ministry of Economic Affairs). The site organises, calculates and draws; it never alters the source values.

Sources

Reservoir hydrological data (hourly): usable storage, water level, inflow, outflow.
Daily reservoir operations (daily): usable capacity, full and dead water levels, and the previous day's inflow, outflow and catchment rainfall.
Reservoir basic data: location, river, dam type, dam height, catchment area and operator.
Real-time catchment rainfall (hourly).

How the numbers are calculated

Storage = usable storage ÷ usable capacity. It exceeds 100% when the water is above the full level.
National and regional storage are weighted by capacity: the storage of every reporting reservoir is summed and divided by their combined capacity, so a full pond cannot inflate the national figure.
24-hour change compares the latest reading with the one closest to 24 hours earlier. When the source holds less than a day, the actual span is shown.
Cross-sections are drawn to scale vertically from the full, dead and current water levels; horizontal proportions and the dam outline are schematic, based on the official dam type.
Weirs report water level and flow rather than storage.

Update frequency

The agency's hourly data refreshes roughly every hour; daily operations are entered each morning, and weekend reports may arrive on Monday. This site asks the agency for new data at most every ten minutes. Each reservoir shows its own observation time, and says so when that time is ahead of now or too old.

Water restrictions

For supply restrictions and status lights, follow the Water Resources Agency's announcements. This site deliberately avoids green, yellow, orange and red for storage so it is never mistaken for an official status light.

There are no accounts, ads or cookies here, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. Your saved reservoirs, theme and language stay on your device (your browser's local storage) and are never sent to this site or anyone else; clearing your browser data removes them.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Connection data such as your IP address is processed by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy, for example to block attacks; this site does not collect, keep or analyse it.
